Privacy Policy

Arrow Out is a mobile puzzle game published on Google Play by WiseGen Group Limited. We limit information collection to what is needed for app analytics, installation attribution, advertising, advertising campaign measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

1. Information handled by the game

Arrow Out does not require users to create an account. Game settings, progress, rescue-card balances, and best scores are primarily stored locally on your device.

Arrow Out uses Meta App Events to collect limited analytics and attribution information as described below. The game does not transmit your locally stored progress, rescue-card balance, or best-score records to the publisher's own servers.

2. Meta App Events

Arrow Out uses the Meta App Events SDK provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. This SDK helps us measure app installations, understand how the game is used, and evaluate the performance of advertising and marketing campaigns.

The Meta SDK may automatically collect and transmit the following categories of information:

• Advertising identifiers and other device or application identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID where available.
• Approximate location inferred from network information, such as an IP address. Arrow Out does not request precise GPS location.
• Device and application information, such as operating-system version, device type, language, application version, and installation source.
• Application interactions and gameplay events, including app activation, completed levels, tutorial completion, daily challenge results, and use of rescue features.
• Diagnostic and technical information associated with operation of the SDK and delivery of events.

These data may be collected by and shared with Meta for analytics, installation attribution, advertising measurement, and marketing performance evaluation.

Arrow Out does not use the Meta SDK to intentionally collect your name, email address, password, contacts, photographs, precise location, payment information, or private message content.

3. Advertising ID

On supported Android devices, Arrow Out and the Meta SDK may access the Android Advertising ID. This identifier is used for installation attribution, analytics, and measurement of advertising campaign performance.

Depending on your Android version, you may be able to reset or delete the Advertising ID or change advertising privacy controls through your device settings.

4. Advertising

Arrow Out uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded advertisements. You choose whether to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game rescue benefit. Arrow Out does not currently use banner, interstitial, or app-open ads.

Google may process IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, advertising and app-set identifiers, user interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Where required, Arrow Out requests your consent before requesting ads. If privacy options are required for your region, you can revisit them through the game's Settings screen.

The Meta App Events SDK continues to measure external advertising campaigns that promote installation of Arrow Out and the gameplay events described in Section 2.

5. How information is used

Information processed through Meta App Events may be used for the following purposes:

• Measuring app installations and activations.
• Attributing installations to advertising campaigns.
• Understanding how users interact with the game.
• Measuring level and daily-challenge engagement.
• Evaluating advertising and marketing performance.
• Displaying optional rewarded advertisements.
• Preventing advertising fraud and abuse.
• Maintaining and improving event-reporting reliability.

6. Data sharing and third-party processing

Information collected through Meta App Events is transmitted to Meta, which acts as a third-party analytics and advertising measurement provider. Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is transmitted to Google, which acts as an advertising, analytics, security, and fraud- prevention provider. These providers process information according to their own terms, policies, applicable agreements, consent choices, and device privacy settings.

WiseGen Group Limited does not sell personal information collected directly through Arrow Out.

7. Device permissions and network access

Arrow Out does not request access to your contacts, photographs, camera, microphone, or precise location.

The Android application includes network access so that the Meta SDK can transmit analytics, app-event, device-identifier, and installation attribution information to Meta, and so that Google Mobile Ads can request consent choices, load ads, report ad interactions, and prevent fraud.

8. Data security

Information transmitted by the Meta SDK and Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit using network-security measures such as HTTPS or TLS. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Local gameplay information remains protected by the security controls available on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Google Play account.

9. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until you clear Arrow Out's application storage or uninstall the game. Because Arrow Out does not provide an account system or upload this local gameplay information to the publisher's own servers, the publisher cannot retrieve or remotely delete it.

Information collected by Meta or Google is retained and deleted according to the applicable provider's policies, legal obligations, and agreements. Privacy controls and requests relating to information held by these providers may be available through their privacy tools and policies.

10. Children's privacy

Arrow Out is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request names, contact details, or account information from children. Advertising requests may receive age-related treatment where required by applicable law or Google Play policy.

11. International processing

Meta and Google may process information in countries or regions outside the country where you live. The privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Future features

If a future version adds user accounts, cloud storage, online leaderboards, purchases, additional advertising formats, or additional analytics services, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated as appropriate before or when those features are released.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated in the game or through the Google Play store listing when appropriate.
